It would go on and off all of the time tonight it went ZZZZZZZT and died…… junk

This worked great for 5 months and then ceased working. I reached out to the manufacturer since the Amazon return window had closed, never received a response. Likewise, the 3rd party seller on Amazon would not offer assistance. I wouldn’t purchase this product again due to lack of customer support.

It’s the best bug light I’ve ever had. I live in Texas with a zillion flying bugs. My patio is virtually free of flying bugs

This product really works, so A+ to it. It constinually zapps insects. The only negative thing for me is the cord is too short. So it has a limit space where to hang. Besides that works great!

I was very skeptical on buying this over some more expensive brands I’ve seen. I bought another brand last year and it didn’t do anything. The lighting on it didn’t attract anything. Hands down to this one! I hooked it up as soon as it arrived. It was daylight and I just wanted it on so I wouldn’t forget when it got dark. I go outside with my dogs in the backyard nightly. I went outside with them tonight and sat down on my patio furniture and zoned in on the zapper. There were mosquitos and flies flocking to it. We have a very bad mosquito problem in our area. I heard the first zap and got super excited. I think I was more excited to know that it wasn’t me being bitten. The zaps kept going and going and I thought it’s no wonder I was getting eaten alive. I felt like revenge has been given. Now my golden retriever was petrified of the zaps. I talked her through it as she just kept hearing them and looking at me to confirm everything is okay. My husky had to investigate what was going on and heard the zap up close and personal and ran to the door to be let in. The dogs will get used to it. Just excited as can be that this product is working as it said it would. Just hoping it lasts!

I liked it very much. Even bought the stuff to help attract mosquitoes. Worked fine and then died. Really didn't use it much, daylight hours only and not every day. Disappointed. I guess no guarantee.

I bought the bigger one (model JY-02) and it lasted 6 months then I bought 2 of the smaller ones. One of the small ones has quit working and it is not even a month old. I contacted the company(many times, 4 to 5 times)and have received no communication from anyone. The information in the box says there is a 1 year warranty.. That doesn't help if you can't get in touch with anyone..ugh!

This works great, takes time to get used to the snapping sound when a fly bites the dust. A bit pricey when I had purchased it, but I'm satisfied.
