I have been taking Krill oil for over 10 years and I have only ever had them smell fishy when I have had a bottle for too long and stored them badly in a place too warm. These are only the 2nd bottle I have ever had that smelt fishy immediately on opening. I don't know if it's the quality of the product or this particular bottle or batch have been stored badly?! I cut open a capsule and the contents do indeed smell fishy but not offensively bad. Shame as these do seem great value and I have used this brand a lot in the past for other supplements.

Read about how good krill is for you and I am now on bottle number 2. A quality product that has a nice taste, quite large although slips down easy so I am fine with them. Don't let your dog get hold of one as the colour is hard to get out of carpet. Joints are better and it helps to keep the blood pressure down.

Krill is lower down the food chain so theoretically should be lower in heavy metals. Like fish Omega 3 capsules they have a flavour, however unlike fish oil capsules, it’s a pleasant flavour.

Just starting this today. I will update in 3 months to see if my cholesterol dropped down. To start with it is proper black storage bottle. Does not smell like fish oil ones. I confirmed with manufacturer that this has no fish oil in it. EPA and DHA are on decent levels but if you want proper daily dose according to my research try taking 3 capsules a day unless you eat also fish etc then 2 would be fine. Fingers crossed.

I use this product to help with swollen ankles and it seems to work.Have used Antarctic krill oil for some time and will keep on doing so.
