This wrap came on a 35 degree day. I immediately wrapped it ion my knee and had relief. I was able to walk around the house and it stayed in place with only minor adjustments needed periodically. It is also PLUS SIZE FRIENDLY! It wraps 1/2 way around my knee, if I were a smaller individual it might wrap most of the way around. The Velcro straps are plenty long to secure it to my leg. The gel pad molds to my knee and provides much needed relief. (I haven’t tried it hot-only for cold)

This is awesome for anyone who suffers from knee pain. My right knee tends to get sore knee after running, so this is a really great option to have on hand! It’s pretty cool to the touch at room temperature, but your body heat will offset that quickly so I would recommend cooling this before use for sure!It feels great to wear with your leg elevated and knee straightened, but I have trouble getting this to stay in the same place if I wear it while walking around. I don’t mind only using this while relaxing… I mean, my knee is sore for a reason! However, it’d be nice to be able to walk around for a while if I needed to while wearing this.

I had several of these products and enjoyed their benefits, so much so, I bought for a friend! Helps give relief from pain and swelling. I pop into freezer and it easily slips on for relief!

This is a versatile pack that can be use as hot, microwave 50-60 secs, or cold, place in freezer for a few hours, before use. Unfortunately, as a cold pack, it does not last long enough to give me relief. I do like the fact that I can wrap it around my knee or leg.

I’m really happy with this ice pack. I like the way it goes on and since my knee is bad right now, it’s really helped.

I use it to hold another ice pack in place. Because I used it, it would not fair to return it. Very poor purchase.

The best thing about this is ergonomically fitting to body part’s it’s designed for. Because of Jelly filling it’s not getting iced and that’s why no burns from icing. Another thing it lasts for adequate amount of time what a cold packing requires.Must have in the house.

We have other products from this brand (Tolaccea), and they're pretty good. This knee pad is no exception. It's soft and fairly easy to attach to your leg. Word to the wise: you need to fold the straps a certain way for them to not be so long, which we learned from looking at the instructions. Basically, you'll need to take the strap, fold it in front of the ice pack, and then it wraps behind and around your leg. Once you do that, the strap isn't as long and velcros in place pretty securely. If you take the strap and wrap it behind your leg first, the strap will be too long!Once you velcro the straps appropriately, the pad will stay securely in place around your knee/leg, so you can walk and move around without any issues. Also, we like the fact that this pad is versatile. You can freeze it and use it as an ice pad, and you can heat it up in the microwave to use as a heating pad. We have noticed that it doesn't seem to retain the heat/cold for a long time though. It seems to only keep its warmth or coldness for about 15-20 minutes, so this knee pad is better for short episodes and may not be ideal if you need something to retain its heat/coldness longer.
