I bought this directly from the seller’s website and not Amazon. Since it’s a big and expensive purchase, I was in touch with them over phone and WhatsApp. They were always very responsive and clear in their communication. I wanted the drawer knobs customised, which they did for me. The piece arrived on the promised date, and there were no damages. It looks even better IRL than in the pictures, is very spacious, drawers are smooth, and it’s overall a wonderful piece of furniture. I couldn’t be happier with it!
