Great balance and grip
Brilliant knifes - I am a home cook and a trained chef, I am always looking for good knifes. There are made very well and beat quite a few expensive ones.I found the grip and the balance of the knife better than most.

Very good quality, sharp and durable.Also has a very comfortable rubber like grip that makes it really easy to use for a long period of time.

Not stainless steel! Disappointed.
Design and build quality seems good. but the blade material is not stainless steel as mentioned in listing, disappointing. Refer to pics attached where I used magnet to check blade material. The smaller knife was totally blunt and was not usable till I have sharpened it. Wish I could have not opened the both packets so that I could have returned it to get my refund.
