Nice, comfortable
Update: It keeps slipping/sliding off the recliner foot rest, because the straps aren't tight enough. It would be really nice if they were adjustable straps with a buckle that fits under the frame of the foot rest so they wouldn't be able to slide off. With the straps the way they are sitting on the outside of the frame of the foot rest it'll just keep slipping off which is really inconvenient. You'll definitely want to put this in your dryer on a low setting for a little while, or until it fully "opens" up. I actually took mine out of the vacuum package, and set it on the side to open up. I forgot about it, so after two weeks it still wasn't really fluffed out, and full. The dryer works really well! Easy to put on the recliner, and it's nice and soft not too firm. I really think my mother will enjoy the support it gives.

I like it for the most part
Don't like the lump in middle, hopefully will go down over time. Just got this recliner from kirklands, and had trouble kicking the footrest back down. The cushion gives me more leverage, so makes it easy to kick down the footrest. I find the foam very comfortable. One reviewer suggested putting it in the dryer for 5 minutes and this worked for me as well.

Not impressed
This doesn’t stay in place. I had to tie the straps in a knot. It really needs to be the size of the part of the recliner that goes up.

STIFF & UNCOMFORTABLE! NOT FOR RECOVERY FROM SURGERY. CONTROLS AREN’T ON THE SIDE SHOWN IN PICTURES.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked it because it was power versus manual, and the controls were on the right hand side -which is where I needed them. I had shoulder surgery on my left side. But this rocker came with the controls on the wrong side. The controls were NOT on the side that the pictures showed. Very disappointing! We were not in a position to return this recliner while I was in the throes of absolute misery, and my window of opportunity to return it closed a few few days ago. So, we’re stuck with this awful chair. Also, this chair is extremely stiff. And now that I am finally starting to feel better, the window for returning it is already closed. Also, very disappointing. I do not like this recliner at all. Value for money: NOPE, NOT A GOOD VALUE. Color: Color is good. Neck support: Head rest is too far forward. Support: This recliner is stiff. I would not in any way call it Support.

Nice improvement on an otherwise super comfortable recliner.
Game changer for my neuropathy issues. Takes the stress off my lower leg.

Feels great and works very well

Hard to remove cover.
Does not look as nice as the picture. Does not work on my recliner but use it as a back support. With that said. It is not as easy to remove the cover as description says and harder to get back on.

This item has no body, flat and useless

Good cushion for elevating your legs higher than the chair to help with circulation. Good quality.

A bit firm but some may like for their recliner feet. I preferred it more to increase height of my couch arm rests.

I like it it supports my knees and makes my chair more comfortable…

Expected foam to be more dense/collapses down to only 1 inch thickness. Does not stay firmly on footrest. Poor leg support.
