I'm very picky, and the design, look, and function of this item are all great. No odor (I'm chemically sensitive) and it is very attractive! And my whole spine loves it. Highly recommend!

Good quality - firm enough to support the neck as intended and fits ergonomically.However, on the product pack but NOT in the information given on the Amazon product description, it states "this item should not be used as a pillow to sleep on". Which is what I wanted it for, so unfortunately had to return it.

I found this pillow uncomfortable, to start with there was no instructions on how to position it which didn’t help but once I thought I had it the right way I found it was like sleeping on a block of wood, there was no ‘give’ in the pillow so after a few nights I had a crick in my neck and gave up.

Item is just as described, good size, high density foam and perfect design for your neck. Really comfortable for the neck and I can already feel a difference with my neck pains. Love that the cover is removable for washing as well. Highly recommend it!

I like this pillow as I've got small frame and others are just too big to fit under my head/neck , used it the first time , i did feel pain more but that's cause it was stretching my neck back into correct position after years of misplacement of muscle , so now i use it once a day to keep my neck in right position , it takes getting use to is all.

I have ongoing neck issues and see a chiropractor on a regular basis. Finding a pillow that is comfortable and provides the support I need has been difficult. This pillow has been perfect. The cover is detachable and washable and has a lovely cosy feel. I think it’s a really great price for a pillow that is specifically designed to reduce neck pain and it’s definitely one I’ll keep using.

Good it u need your neck stretched but only few minutes at a time

This item is very poor and has properly caused my neck more pain, don’t waste you money. Also was smaller than expected and came with no instructions
