nice product, works well
this is a hand held vacuum that i bought to use in my car. it feels a little big in my hand but just a little. has some weight to it that i'm taking as a sign of quality because it looks very well made. works well so im happy with the product.However, it has been used. the product looks like it has been taken from the box and then thrown back in. there's also dirt inside so i know it was at least tested.this is the second version of the product ive purchased, but this one is the real thing. the first one was a fake. i dont know how or why i was sent a used product but it makes me unhappy.

Beautiful and Functional
This is not only beautiful and well thought out in regards to design but it functions well. I can vacuum most debris on the lowest setting and only need the higher setting when I am trying to reach something in a deep corner that the nozzle cannot touch directly. The sound is also quiet and I feel I can use it at night without disturbing the neighbors. I am very happy with this purchase.

Dead in a month
Did not turn back on after a charge. It started blinking red and even after troubleshooting, it could not power on.

SLim and Practical
Slim and pretty, great for drawers and bathroom floor, but would like a bit more suction/power. Still I would buy again.

It's an expensive toy.
The charging time takes almost 3 hours and actual suction time is only a few min. I should have read an online new product review before I bought it. The air released from the vacuum blowing to my face directly when I stand and hold it down. It's not worth the money for this toy.
