Very Effective for Scars
This ScarAway silicone gel has been excellent. I’ve used it on myself and my children for scrapes and small scars, and it really helps the skin heal faster. With consistent use, it has helped prevent visible marks from forming. It’s easy to apply, not sticky, and absorbs well. I would definitely continue using it and recommend it to anyone looking to improve the appearance of scars.

Successful ScarAway!
ScarAway Scar Gel is definitely by far the best scarring gel to work for me. It lightens up scars pretty quickly and also minimizes the size of them. Almost 6 months post-op and I might not need to even use it anymore soon.

Better Than Most
I've tried a few silicone gels on my surgical scars, and this one works the best. You need just a tiny, tiny amount, so one tube will last me forever. It's easy to apply, goes on clear and stays that way. I'm not sure how it would blend if I were to apply makeup over it, but I suspect not well. It does remain a little bit sticky on the face, even when I apply the tiniest little bit. It is reducing the redness and bumpiness of my scar, I think, which is slowly flattening out and turning white. Honestly, though, the scar oil that I make myself from helichrysum essential oil in a carrier of rosehip seed oil works better than anything store-bought. You can buy both those oils on Amazon.

Great product that works well. Takes time to see the results but if you keep using it you will see it works

Plastic surgery
The gel is very convenient to use on small scars after blepharoplasty. I started using the gel in the third week after the surgery. I am very satisfied. The tightening sensation disappeared, and the gel is completely invisible on the skin.

Beauty’s Only Scar Deep…
Fell out of bed, had a gash behind my left cheek bone. Discovered the benefits of crazy glue for skin at the ER, avoided stitches, and healed nicely. My step dtr’s an urgent care doctor- suggested scar gel. First used CVS’ scar gel kit that works well. ScarAway (SA) had good reviews on Amazon so giving it a try. SA’s silicone gel in a tube is thick and lets you massage it in 1-2 minutes for a protective layer during the day. SA’s silicone bandage can be cut to size, is textured, though it peels off at night while sleeping. CVS silicone bandages are clear, can also be sized, and stay on through the night. Drawback is CVS’ gel comes in a roller to apply a thin coating, though seems to last during the day. Overall- studies show medical grade silicone in these two products is better vs onion based products for making scars less noticeable.

Miracle scar away gel
I've been using ScarAway Scar Gel for several weeks now, and I'm impressed with the results so far. The gel is clear, lightweight, and dries quickly, making it easy to use under makeup or sunscreen during the day. It's also non-greasy, which I appreciate since I have sensitive skin and dislike heavy products. Itndoes take awhile for the product to be absorbed and leaves a light shiny layer. I started using it on a post-surgical scar, applying it twice a day as recommended. After about 4 weeks, I noticed the scar starting to fade. It is now less red and feels flatter and smoother to the touch. I’ve also tried it on some older acne scars and saw moderate improvement there as well, though not as dramatic. Pros: Easy to apply Doesn't irritate sensitive skin Works well on new scars with consistent use A little goes a long way Doesn't smell at all which is great! Cons: Results take time—requires patience and regular use May be less effective on older or deeper scars Slightly pricey for the amount you get Bottom line: If you're looking for a non-invasive, at-home treatment to reduce the appearance of scars, ScarAway Gel is definitely worth trying as it was also highly recommended by my surgeon. Give it time and patience and you will see improve in scar texture and color.

Really works!
I am currently using it for surgical scars, but after only a couple of days' use, it has faded an old burn scar. Recommend.
