To all potential customers of 3E Choice, My advice is to you is very simple - Avoid purchasing any products from this organisation. We purchased (through Amazon) one of their smart flasks with electronic temperature gauge. The flask itself is smart and sleek and for maybe 3-4 weeks it worked well. However the lid then developed an issue whereby the temperature readings were clearly incorrect, this despite the usage and cleaning of the flask were done following the correct guidance.I raised the matter with 3E choice and sent pictures and videos and they did send me a replacement flask, however just after 1 week, the same issue occurred again. So once again I raised the matter with 3E Choice and requested a full refund. I was repeatedly told by the company that I needed to raise the matter with Amazon, which I did. However, as the original purchase from Amazon had passed a certain timeframe, a refund or case dispute could not be raised. So I pursued with 3E choice and repeatedly they advised 1) It was for me to deal with Amazon and 2) Their ‘policy’ meant they could not issue a refund, this despite it was their organisation who sent me the second replacement flask directly. Additional to this, 3E Choice advised me that they do not respond to ‘threats’ or ‘blackmail’, I presume they stated this because I articulated if a satisfactory outcome is not reached I would escalate the matter through negative reviews and would consider a complaint to the Retail ADR. When I asked specifically why they would raise the point, yes, radio silence.I also asked (following their comments that they legallyad to abide by their own policy) what specific legislation they were referring to, again, radio silence. So, to summarise why I would avoid this company:They pass the buck to Amazon and show no accountabilityNo pragmatism or fluidity in meeting customers expectations and managing an issueAre rigid and hide behind ‘policy’Will make you out to be the issue, rather than their products and organisationI’m sure if 3E Choice respond to this point they will likely refer back to their ‘policy’ and advise on ‘timeframes’ and that they bear no responsibility for the defective products, which should be the point of focus. If any inaccuracies are stated by 3E Choice, these can be quickly countered as I will share the correspondence we have shared.

Bought in September started using in October and it's now not working. The digital thermostat flashes 88° whether there's something in it or not, if it comes on at all. Ive no idea if the battery can be changed.Disappointed, thought it would last longer than that seeing as it's not used much.UPDATE: Wrote the above review and was promptly contacted by the seller. They offered a replacement or a refund and so I opted for a replacement as we need a flask. I'm so glad I did. The new flask is so much better. The thermometer works better, giving accurate temps. No more flashing and giving false readings. Really useful flask with a baby.In comparison we definitely had a faulty one the first time round. Thank you so much for replacing, it works great 👍🏻
