I have to have a reliable mat as I have serious arthritis in my knees. This mat grabbed and didn’t budge at all. All soap and shampoos etc. wash out quickly. Feels good in the feet. Cleans feet and massages them at the same time. This is the second one I have bought. The last one lasted a couple years. Still worked but just wanted to switch it out for a fresh new one

I have a textured bathtub. I thought it would be safer/more secure than a non-textured tub, but - I was SO wrong. When wet, with suds and hair conditioner and other bath soaps flowing over it, it's just as slick as any other tub. Standard bath mats with suction cups do not work because of the texturing - they can't get an airtight seal - so I went with Secopads. I loved them for 2 years but I had to keep replacing them because, while their adhesion was excellent (I never had one come up - ever), those same texture channels would let soap scum run underneath the Secopads. Since I always bought the clear ones, you could SEE the scum and dirt buildup under the pads - and the clear ones also yellowed. After replacing the Secopads and realizing that my 62-year-old knees hated that process, I decided to try this mat. I've only used it once thus far, and I will update it as the product ages, but initial impressions are VERY favorable. After scrubbing the tub of leftover scum residue from the Secopads, I placed this in the tub and took a shower - the pad never moved, it's VERY comfortable to stand on and it appears that it's pretty easy to rinse off. I have a hand-held shower head and once I get out of the shower I pick up the pad, roll it in a loose circle, and spray it down once more. After that I stand the rolled-up pad up against the side of the tub, letting it drain as I dry off the shower surround and the shower doors, then I spread the towel I used to dry the shower off over the doors to dry, unroll the mat and place it over the towel. I roll the mat and the towel together to remove more water from the mat, then I move the mat away from the now wet towel and let the both dry. My bathroom has a window that I leave open a bit so the fresh air helps the mat and towel dry quickly. lt took longer to type that out than it does to actually do the steps. I will buy a spray bottle and fill it with a weak bleach solution; I'll use that on the mat once a week or so before hanging it up to dry, as I've read that some of these do begin to get a tad moldy after a while (though I think that letting it dry as I've described will help inhibit some of that). But I feel quite secure in the shower while using this, and the 17x30 size is more than adequate for a standard size tub. I will update this with further comments as it wears. In the meantime, I also use a pet hair sticky paper roller on the top of the mat to remove loose hair - thus far that seems help a lot.UPDATE as of August 2022 - The mat is holding up well, with no signs of mold; I do lightly mist it with a bleach solution once every couple of weeks but I'm not sure it needs it, give the ventilation in my bathroom and the fact that I roll it up in the towel and squeeze it as dry as possible. Good purchase!

I am 81 years old and I love this mat. Easy on the feet and prevents slips and falls.

This is a good shower mat. It is comfortable and secure. Water passes easily. No slippage. However it traps body hair and will not clean up satisfactorily. After several months at most it will be conspicuously stained. Dunking it in and leaving it in a 5 gallon bucket with cleaning agent will not restore it. It should be regarded as a disposable, good for several months. I have purchased several, all beige. A dark color would likely last longer.

This thing is probably without a doubt the best shower mat I’ve ever used. It is durable and feels amazing on your feet. It basically is a two in one feature of being something for not slipping in the shower while also able to help clean your feet off. Would highly recommend!

I really like this bath mar. There are no suction cups that get grossly dirty. This can easily rinse off and can air dry in between using it if you want. It’s comfortable. It does not slip or skid while using it. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my father in law to use at our house during visits, and he's 86 years old and a fall risk, so I wanted to make sure I had as much adaptive equipment as I could for him in addition to the shower chair. This doesn't slip around on the floor, so that is good, and is its main job. The cushioning feels nice on the feet. I just don't like how it traps the water under it so it doesn't dry out very quick, though I imagine that is a universal problem of a shower mat. I also don't like that my hair gets stuck to it and doesn't wash down the drain, but I have to pull the hair off of it. So, I end up putting it in the shower for my father-in-law, but I then take it out to let it dry and keep it in front of the toilet the rest of the time. When my father-in-law no longer is showering at our house, I don't think I'll keep it. These things I think are mostly just personal preferences of my own, and I imagine any shower mat will have these downsides. But perhaps my experience with this mat will help you too.

Put this in a fiberglass shower. The floor pan had cracked and since I had so many other honey-dos on my list, I injected foam under the floor pan and fiberglasses all the cracks. Turned out perfect, except you could see the fiberglass patch. Came across this and I though it would work well inside the shower. It arrived fast and it’s was a perfect fix!!

This is a very well made product. It's soft on your feet, easy to clean, non-slip and of a good quality. It fits perfectly in our bathtub and is the best bath mat we've ever purchased.

This mat is not non slip, it is very dangerous for elderly people. It slides all over the shower tray as soon as you put a foot on it. This was bought as a present for an elderly person who has just started to use it and nearly had a bad accident in the shower. I can nor recommend this product, who would have been liable for any damages incurred.

I've used a few different types of shower mats, and they usually don't stick to the floor, or fold over creating a trip hazzard. This one just stays put. I will say the water doesn't easily flow through it so I've had to move it to the side of the drainage hole to keep it clear, but it's comfortable to use, soft on the feet, easy to clean, and stays put making the shower a slightly less dangerous place for slips.
