didnt work and a nightmare to replace/return
as described except didn't work at all. wouldnt charge.Ships from Amazon.com Sold by Amazon.com Returns 90-day refund/replacementcontacted amazon they said first that they would replace it. said a replacement had been ordered and not to ship the item back- i thought that was weird so i hug up and called back a few hours later to be told a replacement never was requested and that a replacement option is not available due to inventory bc its from a 3rd party seller, then said they would issue a full refund plus 40% off any future purchase of a new watch. i hung up and called back bc i forgot to ask about the return and none of that was on file!!!!! they said they cant do anything but refund me. i hung up and processed a return myself online. printed the bar code from whole foods .drove to whole foods to drop it off... when i got there i noticed i forgot the printed bar code so i went online only to see my return had been canceled for some reason. i had to re do the return in the parking lot of the drop off location. im still pending refund. ended up purchasing a new watch from apple store.

Love this watch. I’m not into all the newest technology, so I was fine with buying an older version that is much cheaper. It still has loads of features, especially since Apple updates the software from time to time. Great buy’

Like a mini-iPhone on your wrist
This watch gave me a bit of a scare when I first got it because the battery was so dead, but after leaving it to charge for a few hours it was good to go. Giving it four stars because the adapter it shipped with was not charging it well enough so I ended up switching it out for the one I used to charge my phone and since then I have had no issues. It has really been convenient to use otherwise, just have to ensure you charge it every night otherwise it might die on you during the day.

Didn’t hold a charge
Went to the trouble of setting it all up for my kid, creating an account, going to T-mobile to get a plan, only to have the battery never charge above 22% (then fall to 6% in less than 15 minutes). Tried every trouble shooting video suggested to us. Returned.
