worked for my kitchen sink
Worked great for me. I have a kitchen sink that had gradually become more and more slow draining. I poured just a small amount to start with as it foamed up and 'backed up' out into the sink. I did this a couple of times leaving an hour in between, then it had cleared a bit and I could add a bit more the next time. Then I put all the rest in and left it overnight as some others mentioned doing, and ran it through with water just off the boil in the morning. Its right back to a straight through drain now so am very happy :)

Suitable for use where there is a waste disposal unit
This is an excellent product and the only one I use in the kitchen sink which has a disposal unit. It would be handy to have that suitability printed large on the front of the container, as it is currently easily confused with a similarly packaged product which is not for use with WDUs.

Very happy planning to buy more
I bought it from amazon since I could only find liquid form at the supermarket. Left it overnight and poured in boiling hot water at the end. Otherwise I followed the instructions. My drain was perfect for a couple of months maybe even more. Very good product highly recommended. Also if your drain is totally blocked use the liquid one instead

Works, but not as well as competitors for cleaning actual blockages.
My drain was too blocked and slow-draining to get the whole bottle down the plughole in one go and it was foaming up in the bath, so I used half and left it overnight as others have suggested. Poured boiling water down to clear it the next morning and then repeated the process with the rest of the bottle the following night once again pouring boiling water down in the morning. It did help to improve drainage a little but in now way cleared the blockage.2 weeks later and the drainage was worse than ever, so I used an alternative product Kilrock Kill Block and it did a much better job with a marked improvement in drainage. Once again I left the product down the drain overnight and flushed with 2 kettles of boiling water and then warm water from the bath. Kilrock is quite a bit cheaper too. It's not a foaming product but perhaps in my circumstances this helped it to penetrate through the blockage better and Mr Muscle will perform better to clear build-up lining the inside of pipes rather than actual blockages.http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kilrock-Block-Sink-Drain-Cleaner/dp/B0085SPDCY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1451741109&sr=8-2&keywords=kilrock+kill+block
