This was originally bought for my mother's hospital bed but it didn't fit right so we were going to return it. Once this item is taken out of the box, it is extremely difficult to get back in the box if you need to return it. My husband found another use for it so we decided to keep the mattress and are very happy with it.

The tubing broke on the connector. But the rest was perfectly fine. Just not useable anymore because of how it broke. I was really disappointed because it was gently used. I'm updating my review old review because I'm so impressed with this company. They reached out to me and offered to replace the broken unit. ( This was after getting nowhere with Amazon) Excellent customer service and great company I will be continuing to buy their products for my family. This bed has kept my father with Parkinson's from getting bed sores, he sleeps better now and isn't stuck in one position all night or getting woken up by someone to change his position through the night. Its very quiet (about the same as. Small fan) This is perfect for a Parkinson's patient.

Very disappointed. Did not alternate. Inflated and was hard. The only relief was to turn off and let air out. Would not buy again. I don’t recommend

I like that it has a dial of almost ten settings from barely having any air to almost max where every ten minutes it’ll move air from wherever the most pressure is and then replace it and makes sleep much more comfortable i got this after the gel foam mattress and I put it on top of that but I think all I’d need is this and the normal hospital bed mattress because it’s very comfortable

A little less reactive to movement like the one at the hospital, but I sty like it, worth ever penny.I had some bingo cords to stretch over the air mattress to stabilize it to the top of the mattress.
