Lew's Wally Marshall Pro Series 2-Piece Rod

This is a real nice rod and will probably buy another one on down the line.I fish for pan fish 99% of the time and it really is a dandy for that. Because this one is so ling it does limit where I can use it, but knew that when I bought it. I will also use this for Steelhead fishing.THE only thing AMAZON needs to do when they ship these things or who ever it comes from is ship them in shipping rod tubes. This is the second rod I have bought online this year that is shipped in a long box and the eyes on the poles have been flattened. Luckily I have been able to bend them back with out breaking them. Even the PO person was surprised when I told her it was a fishing pole. She said don't they usually ship these in tubes? YES!

This pole (11ft Pro M-L) is perfect for jigging crappie from the bank , docks, or a boat. The handle piece has the stiffness to lift a slab out and the end piece is extremely sensitive to detect bites. The design and looks are great, it looks like a pro rod should. The balance is great, and a easy wrist twist sends the jig bouncing with no effort. The pole seems to arrived safe but the packaging could be better. It needs some foam or packing nuts to prevent the pole from rattling in the box. Overall these are the best crappie rods I or my fishing friends have used. I am going to order the 9 footer next for my son.

Very premium rod, have tried many brands and these are in my top favorites for sure, get u one and catch some fish!!

Nice rod for less than a year then snapped at end and middle.
