Dragonfly Laab Namtok Seasoning Mix, 8 Ounce

I made chicken laab with this. I was doubtful at first but after putting in all the ingredients including the lime, herbs and aromatics, it tasted exactly like I made it from scratch. I can’t recommend this seasoning enough especially if you love this dish but don’t know what to put in it.

Have you had laab? It's delicious. When cooked with ground turkey and cooked with fresh veggies, served on a pile of Jasmin rice, this is crave-worthy! You will need to experiment with how much spice you want, and this mix does not disappoint. Want it obscenely spicy? Sure, and the flavor is still great! Want it just a bit spicy? No problem. The flavor scales nicely. Strongly recommended!

Exactly the type of laab flavor I was looking for, but be warned, it's spicy! I'm white so it was almost too much for me.

I compared it side by side with both Ros Dee (Ajinomoto) & Lobo brands.It had a much stronger citrus lime and authentic hot spice flavor. Much, much better.

I could not find this laab seasoning at any Asian store here in Orlando, FL. I am so happy to have found Amazon sells this. Like what!!!!!!!! This is the BEST laab seasoning EVERR!!! Number one must use when making laab dishes. My all time favorite seasoning recipe.

Grilled steak laab happens to be my favorite Thai dish. This adds the flavor that was missing no matter how many of the other ingredients I was able to find. Pretty sure I won’t stop at Laab with this seasoning. Yummy.
