Royal Canin Dog Food Maxi Adult 4kg

This is the best kibble you can buy for your dog. Filled with nutrients essential for a dog and coupled with a wet food like butternut box your dog will be getting most of not all of the nutrients needed. Suggest obviously adding collagen, joint care, salmon oil and probiotics. But yes, it’s not a matter of opinion it’s scientifically acknowledged as the best kibble for dogs.

I have a two year old large breed dog who was growing up but not filling out, I changed him onto this food and soon started to see a difference in his weight, he's quite a fussy eater but always eats this even when it's just dry with no meat. His weight and condition has greatly improved and he now looks as be should. I feed three smaller meals each day. His stools are always firm which is always a good sign that the food suits him and is easily digested. I highly recommend this food, it's good quality and quite competitively priced for a premium brand complete food. Free next day delivery for prime members is a big plus too

Great dog biscuits dog love them

Great value, good quality. Vet recommended as my dog has a delicate stomach, his tummy has settled down nicely, fur is health and dog isn’t smelly. All winning features in my book. Can be served wet (adding water/low salt gravy) or dry. We keep a little back for training as he finds it so tasty he’ll respond to it as treats too.

I am not an expert, but the food was used on my dog before he came to me. I have continued and the dog is healthy and well. Excellent delivery in fact it always arrives earlier than stated. Quite good packaging. Not sure about the taste but the dog likes it. I cannot compare with other brands as this is the only one I have used and if it is working ok then I don't change it.

In my hunt for a decent, affordable mixture of food as a dog handler I have used Royal Canin Maxi several times and again I have found myself using it again! It is admittedly out of what I would call "affordable" and this is probably the reason I will continue my hunt however you get what you pay for. The smell is rich, the texture is fair and the absorbency is on a reasonable level... I'd question the amount they actually recommend feeding but remember I do use a wet and dry mix and above all the dogs love it. No problems with a gradual or a rapid change into this product only that they are a little fussy to eat it to start with and only eat half. But I put that mainly to the change innsize of biscuit that usually occurs for me as I tend to use smaller sized biscuit usually and I am sure Royal Canin do a smaller size but at a slightly higher price.. I'm not sure I really should check though! The dogs stools are healthy and as an added bonus witch I really look out for and Royal Canin have perfected is the rich oilyness when you feel the biscuit. Anyway a few weeks and they can't get enough of this biscuit. I would highly recommend looking around for prices on this product and if your budget allows then you can get some real decent deals on bulk buys. For smaller dogs I've found Vets Kitchen is exceptionally good however it is very pricy and for some reason they don't seem to sell large bags I think their largest is 11kg or something. Check them out but for a similar quality at a slightly lower price.. And more options on amount and bulk deals.. Royal Canin is the way to go don't let the price put you off!

My german shepherd is a bit of a fussy eater and he would often just sniff at his food and walk away from eat. Not any more! He loves this stuff and always finishes his bowl! Most importantly, he has been keeping very well and, since he's an old boy, that was not always the case. Great food, worth every penny!

Royal Canin scheint ein wenig verschrien zu sein, aber das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich bin nach mehreren Futterwechseln (auch deutlich hochpreisigerer Futter!) aufgrund von Unverträglichkeiten oder Auffälligkeiten nun seit über 3 Jahren überzeugt vom Maxi Adult für meinen Schäferhund: Er ist in einem top Zustand, aktiv, gesund und glücklich, das Fell glänzt, er stinkt nicht so wie andere Hunde, pupst kaum, kotet gut und hat genau das richtige Gewicht. Für mich aktuell das beste Futter für meinen Hund. Lieferung war auch schnell und problemlos.
