Great alternative to buying directly from Dell.
These are brand new machines but may not be the latest chip...just a generation or so older but still newer than what most people have.

NO WiFi card and 256G SSD not 512G.
After wrangling with the setup, which should have taken a few minutes, Dell support told us that this model does not have WiFi. The description of the product includes the WiFi (6E, etc.) multiple times. The newer model has an internal antenna so there was no obvious issue. Also, we received no set-up instructions of any kind. This has been a massive waste of time, and the unit has been returned. The seller is just flogging a product that is non-end consumer but an office product. Shame on you Amazon.UPDATE: we have now bought the correct product direct from Dell. When doing so we found out that the product Amazon are selling in 1) for the Canadian market and 2 ) is 256G SSD NOT the advertised 512G. DO NOT BUY.

Loosing Wifi connection
I ordered two of those. both have the same issue. loosing wifi connection. past return window. ps. be careful before buying those.

Not what is advertised
Could not activate OS license. On Dell.com when I clicked on specs, it was in Chinese language.seller is accepting my return.
