These are a slightly larger than many of the other compressed towels out there, although a bit more expensive, I feel they are still a good value. Since they aren’t individually wrapped, you have to be more careful of how to carry them (to keep them clean and dry). The tubes are handy, and fit nicely into a bug-out bag or car kit. Since they are 100% cotton, and are biodegradable, they should be ok for sensitive skin for TP or a washcloth, for cleanup, and could be used to filter dirty water or even used for fire-starters. They are pretty sturdy, and could be used as a washcloth or cleaning cloth multiple times.

If you’re hiking, biking, walking, trying to get back to your hotel room with a clenched O-ring, this product is there for you. Now, I’m not suggesting any public indecency here, but if there isn’t any toilet paper around these things will save your butt (ha ha). Also, they work great for washing hands, cleaning up messes or blowing your nose when no napkins are close by.They are easy to put into a pocket, expand quickly and are large enough to be useful. I carry mine with everywhere as part of an emergency kit.You can’t go wrong with these things.

Very useful for our trip. In hot and dusty area, great to dampen and wipe face and neck, or for use as toilet paper. Highly recommend this item.

be careful if gotten to wet just shreds

It's a compressed towelette. When it expands (you add water) it ends up larger and more rugged than you'd expect, and for some purposes you might get more than one use out of each tablet. That said, this is basically a little paper towel in pill form, so don't expect miracles. They are lightweight to carry, and it comes with a few plastic tubes that hold several of the tablets.I'll reiterate the warning other people have - in order to make them as tough as they managed, they sacrificed rapid bio-degradability. Do NOT flush these into plumbing systems. They will cause a clog. If you use them in the wild, bury them (being wet, burning is not a good option). In urban settings, they go in the trash.These are in my bugout bag and I might use them for some kinds of camping, and they could be very useful if you have small children to clean up quickly after.Note you do need a couple of tablespoons of water to get them to unfold.
