I've used this for years as a sleep combo. I use melatonin to get to sleep and this product to stay asleep. It is good quality, has no taste, and works well.

I always purchased Benadryl but I only need the 50mg antihistamine so there are great. Less expensive and works same way. The antihistamine curbs the pins and needles throughout my body.

You seriously will be hard-pressed to find a better price (that's also good quality) for a bottle this size with double the amount of diphenhydramine in regular diphenhydramine-based products anywhere. This is my go-to brand and they last for years!

So glad I found these here! Other places want 2-3x's as much for a lower dose... Huge plus for not having to pop them out of the package!
