If you have a VERY small room, or an area about the size of a car then you might have a small amount of cool air. But there are a few major design flaws, and yes this is a VERY inexpensive product so you can’t expect pure perfection but you can still make something that is practical. It is not battery powered so it must be plugged in by USB C to work, well the outlet on the unit is positioned so it is DIRECTLY under the cusp on the base that holds all the water it must have to function. This seems not only dangerous but very probable to get water dripping inside the port. Not to mention there is really NOTHING holding the water in so if you barely nudge the device or move it at all it is very probable that it will spill everywhere. And even despite the seemingly oversize water reservoir, it runs through the whole thing in less than 6 hours (not even on the highest setting). While yes I am new to these small AC units I have one other that was also ordered from Amazon at only about a 20$ difference. So just beware of the flaws and research your options thoroughly. What may seem like a minuscule price difference could drastically change the performance and reliability

For the price point and what it does you can't go wrong. It's not gonna blow you away and cool down a large space but I sleep with it pointed at my head from about 4 feet away and it does it's job very well. Feels like it gets drained pretty quick on water and I'm constantly having to fill it up but if your expectations aren't unrealistic you can't go wrong with this.

It is reallya personal fan that blows cool air as long as it has cold water with a little bit of crushed ice. It does the job, as long as you are in front of it.

Getting the water in to the divice is so messy but it works.

It’s not as powerful as I was hoping. One has to be within 5ft of it to feel any coolness.

This little guy is the best when it comes to getting cooled down. This little jewel, not only the very powerful little fan thats impressive, the ice cube water mist is the largest amount I've seen coming out of a little box cooler. Also I have 4 other little box coolers that don't even come close. This little box does not have the swamp cooler wet filter that the water dribbles through that takes forever. This baby comes out as a visible mist that feels good. Reno Nv is hot 🔥 and this helps a lot. Also its battery works well.

I bought this product hoping that it would in conjunction with my AC. My bathroom is not huge, and I do have an AC vent in my bathroom, but it still gets warm in there while I'm getting ready, so I bought this product hoping that it would help to cool the room. As per the instructions, I added ice cubes and cold water that was straight from the refrigerator, however, this product does nothing to help cool the room. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
