Like squealing in your ear?
I have never had such trouble with any telephone.the audio feedback from microphone to ear headset w disabled any communication with anyone. I tried multiple things but nothing would prevent the short circuiting feedback from happening. the phone is unusable for me. something you could not know would happen until you plugged it in and tried it. I tried it for you.

Could have better call clarity
I work from home and I'm often told they cant hear me. I can't plug in another headsets cause it won't work. There is no speaker option (not sure if that is necessary) I don't like the headset is not a usb option. Ehhhh. It's okay I guess

Great Customer Service
I bought this phone and headset combo but out of the box, the headset was unusable. Just loud static and crackling. I sent a message to the seller asking if I should return the everything or just the headset. I was told not to worry or send anything back. It would be taken care of. My replacement headset came today (3 days after my original order) and works perfectly. Thank you for the great service. The Headset is a tad large, seems they all are for me, but it is workable and I can hear my callers loud and clear.

Great phone with small footprint!
Like a lot of people, I started working from home during COVID-19. I was using an old style desk phone. This was an upgrade. It has a very small desktop footprint.

Meh
I just started working from home and I am finally using this telephone box. There is high pitched noise and I have tried everything that I can to make that noise go away.

Low volume
Sadly only have 2 settings for volume and it's so low you still can't really hear. Everything else works great but volume is needed to heat inbound callers.

It is fulfilling the role that it was created for, I couldn't be happier with the product. I just couldn't bring myself to say "I love it", hence the four stars.
