Probably all works but all zi needed was the strap and it had worked very very well. Wish it could be sold separately as needed large but not that size harness so it was donated. Strap works well from pets harness to holding all harness together around pets hips

If you are buying the knee brace you should get this too so the brace strap won't slide off your pet's rump when she moves. Light, well designed and constructed .Don't attach your leash to it as the pull may distort the holding action on the brace strap. This should be offered as a set with the brace at a good price.
