The media could not be loaded. Love these , well packaged and I keep them in the nice bag it came in the freezer . The only downfall is the full face mask started leaking substance after about ten uses . But I still use the many others on my face with no problems . Might have been a fluke ( also the gel inside the leaked all over my face did not irritate my skin at all and that’s honestly a plus for me .

This pack is awesome but way too thin to maintain the cooling effect. I enjoy both the paded spft material on one side and the smooth opposite side. They don't stay cold for long, even after sitting in a freezer all day. Be ready to apply as soon as you remove it/them from freezer because they warm up in about five minutes or less depending on the gel pad your reaching for. The full face mask lasts about 6-7 minutes; I believe the temp of the environment has an effect as well. They don't freeze a solid but are just really cold and very flexible. I'll cont my hunt and use these till I find something thicker that holds the cool temps better. I've not tried heating them so no commets on that.
