Purchased this as the tires for my bicycle had began to look a tad bit deflated so I purchased this as it was cheap and had decent reviews. It's very simple, just plug one end into the tire air valve and just start pumping. For its price I'm not surprised about the quality. It feels like it was made using cheap materials but it does the job! The tires on my bike are not back up and don;t feel like they have lost air. So all in all rather happy with the purchase. It's a good make do pump until I get something more heavy duty. Might be very handy for those out and about and need to put air in for emergency reasons or something.

I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. The pump was dead when it arrived – no air would come out no matter how much I pumped it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this defect after I'd already attached it to my cycle tyre. The real problem began when I was trying to get a secure connection. While struggling to attach the pump properly to the valve, a significant amount of air escaped from my tyre. By the time I realised the pump wasn't actually working at all, my tyre had gone from properly inflated to completely flat. So not only did I receive a non-functioning product, but it actually made my situation worse by deflating my perfectly good tyre in the process. I was left with no way to pump it back up again and couldn't use my bike at all. For a product that's supposed to solve a problem, this created a much bigger one. The pump appears to have a fundamental manufacturing defect. Very poor quality control from the manufacturer. I would strongly advise others to avoid this product and look for a more reliable alternative. Returned for a full refund.

Works great, obviously it's smaller than a full size pump so not as comfortable to use, but can't fault it otherwise. Been using it for over a year now and it seems sturdily built. While it's still too big to take on a trip (I've got a smaller pump for that) the smaller size makes it easy to put in my bag if I want to and to store it at home.

For the price, this is a good value pump and I'm happy with the build quality of the pump unit. However, after about a year of use, I've realised that the pressure gauge is under reading the pressure by about 10-15 psi. On 40c gravel tyres, which I want to inflate to 42 psi, this is a significant error level. I'm pretty sure this has led to flats as a result of under inflation.

Pump never worked in the slightest, there's no pressure. I messaged the seller and got no response. So when you read this: "Warranty】3 years conditional warranty for excellent customer service and free replacement or money-back guarantee" ...just remember, they're just words on a screen. Stay away from this seller.
