Wind Song By Prince Matchabelli For Women. Cologne Spray Natural 2.6 Ounces

Wind Song by Prince Matchabelli is a floral fragrance for women and it was originally launched in 1953, (Prince Matchabelli is a perfume house which was founded in 1926 by Georges I Norina Matchabelli). Its top notes are coriander, orange leaf, mandarin orange, tarragon, neroli, bergamot and lemon. The middle notes are cloves, carnation, orris root, jasmine, ylang-ylang, rose and Brazilian rosewood. The base notes are sandalwood, amber, musk, benzoin, vetiver and cedar. The perfume comes in a beautiful clear glass bottle which has a subtle pattern on it. There is also a little crown on the front of the bottle which is on a green background. The bottle has a gold coloured plastic top which has the same pattern on it as the bottle and just underneath that written all the way round is the Windsong name which is also in gold, (just underneath were the top goes on). The fragrance is a lovely fresh smell, it’s very light, (some fragrances I find are too heavy), it reminds me of Spring and Summer months. Age wise I’d say this would suit anyone over the age of 30yrs. Mum bought this originally on one of her trips to America but she finished the bottle last year, so thanks to Amazon I was able to get her another. She was so pleased to have this again. :-)

My Father bought this in perfume format for my Mum when they were courting. She was thrilled when I was able to get the cologne for him to give her as a Birthday present. It brought back happy memories after 61 years of marriage.

very similar to what I remember it to be, however, I think there is a bit more of a clove fragrance there, but I still like it.

Perfect, love it, but bottle and cap are rather cheap and flimsy

I've worn this fragrance for more years than I care to think about and I still get compliments from strangers.

I used to wear this perfume a long time ago, and decided to buy some. I eagerly opened it when it arrived, to find it wrapped in a long strip of scruffy cling film, which didn't inspire confidence to begin with. On opening the box, I saw the first centimetre of the perfume was missing (the photo when buying shows the bottle completely full to the top). Checking to see whether the atomiser spray had already been activated ...it had! It had clearly been used and was second hand goods. I returned it no problem, but I was very disappointed as I really wanted the perfume. I did not have the confidence to buy another.

First: Thank you for the great delivery! Earlier than expected. As for the item? I couldn't be happier with this scent. It's just as beautiful as it was sixty years ago.

My favorite scent. My grandmother got this for me as a Christmas present when I was much younger, and it’s been my favorite thing ever since. The scent is soft, almost soapy, and doesn’t hurt my sensitive nose like most scent products do. It lasts all day, and the bottle is a good size for the price.

Ich bin so dankbar dass wir diesen Duft jetzt auch hier in Deutschland bekommen denn sonst musste mir meine Schwägerin diesen Duft immer aus Amerika schicken. Es ist ein Duft den nicht jeder hat einzigartig dezent nicht aufdringlich einfach himmlisch Punkt vielen herzlichen Dank dass es diesen Duft jetzt in Deutschland gibt
