Does the job perfectly
Worked brilliantly on painted concrete steps outside front door.Make sure to give steps a good clean and remove any loose paint, etc before applying. Then this will adhere perfectly, been in place a few months now with no signs of coming off.The grit may be slowly wearing away with use, but the steps are a heavy foot traffic area so this can be expected, still should easily last 12 months before needing to be replaced. It's not fully opaque due to the white grit, and as others have found, it gets dirty almost straight away if walked on with outdoor footwear, but nothing will change that, if you're bothered about that you need to get black, or another very dark version.Indoors if never walked on with outdoor footwear it will stay clean (so long as your homes floors are kept clean of course).A bit pricey for what it is, but at least it does its job well.

KICK, PUSH, KICK PUSH, KICK PUSH !!!!
( GET AMAZON MUSIC UNLIMITED - ALEXA PLAY KICK PUSH, ALEXA PLAY ‘SKATER BOI’ PLEASE ). DUDE I WISH THIS WAS AVAILABLE IN A ROLL LIKE THIS OVER 40. YEARS AGO. FOR THOSE OF YOU IN THE KNOW, I HAD A CALIFORNIA CRUISING BOARD WITH THIS TYPE OF GRIP TAPE DOWN THE CENTRE FOR TRICKS. I HAD CALIFORNIA SLALOM TRUCKS, QUARTER INCH ( 0.635cm) RISERS & GREEN KRYPTONIC WHEELS. THAT WAS SOME KINDA BOARD. I ACTUALLY PAID THE SAME PRICE AS THIS 15cm ( 5.91inches ) x 5M ( 16FEET 5INCHES ) ROLL OF STICKY BACK GRIP TAPE BACK THEN, FOR A STRIP JUST LONGER THAN MY BOARD. WHATS MORE, THIS STICKY BACK GRIP TAPE IS STICKIER. NOWADAYS - IN MY LATE 50’s - STICKY BACK GRIP TAPE HAS COME IN HANDY AGAIN. ONLY THIS TIME IT IS TO STOP ME KEEP FALLING OVER. OSTEOARTHRITIS IS A CRUEL MISTRESS. WITH OSTEOARTHRITIS IN BOTH OF MY KNEES, BOTH OF MY HIPS, MY SPINE AND MY SHOULDER, I AM ABSOLUTELY FED UP WITH FALLING OVER. THIS STICKY BACK GRIP TAPE, STRATEGICALLY PLACED HAS SERIOUSLY REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THAT I FALL OVER. IT WAS GREAT, WAY BACK THEN AND IT IS GREAT NOW.

Great to put on steps or areas subject to becoming slippery
Great tape - just make sure that the surface is dry before you apply it and it will stay put. I put it on some stairs at the bottom of the entrance to my flat and we had a storm of epic proportions the other day to end the weeks heatwave and it has stayed put. I think this would be very useful to protect elderly people from slipping outside on smooth surfaces.

Grippy
Used this on some wooden decking steps, sticks really well as long as you make sure that the surface is clean , gives plenty of grip so no slipping when the steps get wet which can be a problem with wooden walking surfaces.

Tough and wide.
This is a good quality tough and wide tape to stick wherever you need a non-slip surface. (In my case the rungs on an outside wooden stairway). Very sticky and stays put. Very grippy. Hopefully long lasting, but looks like it will do the job for a few seasons.

Strong and durable
The adhesion is very strong as long as you prepare the surface. Good security for kids and adults not to slip on surface. Brilliant quality

Used on spiral staircase steps
Worked well and sticky enough without being crazy sticky to fit. You can lift again to reposition if the first one is wrong (a bit not whole sheet). I just cut lengths required and added to the three steps it was needed for. I have plenty left over. A bit rough for bare feet but ok in socks etc.
