Nice refrigerator. Writing this review after using more than 6months. All the features mentioned are working perfectly fine. 😃

Good Refrigerator
Using it since 6 days...there is no damage... packing was good... Refrigerator is working perfectly... Condenser coil was covered backside... Silent working of Compressor was impressive... ... Convertible option was quite interesting and very useful... Delivery boy was very careful ...Samsung installation person was friendly....only the sad thing I felt is my old fridge shown as 4,500 on exchange but during delivery the delivery boy valued it for only 2,000 on multiple requests and I need to transfer 2,500 to his personal phonepe.Apart from that, I'm satisfied with the refrigerator.

Great product on paper but received damaged refrigerator.Horrible experience.
With great expectations and courage I finally made my decision to buy this refrigerator. I was so excited when it was delivered to my house. All my excitement was turned into disappointment when I opened the box with the help of samsung assistant. The Samsung assistant told me there was dent on the door and I was schoked, as soon as we removed the box completely it came to our notice that left hand side leg was missing. All the excitement was in vain and then I immediately took my phone and called amazon assistant and asked for return and refund. The Amazon assistant was good and he helped me with the return process.So I suggest please do think before buying heavy home appliances like refrigerator or anything because it is tiring process. I will update after receiving the refund.Thank you for reading.

Unprofessional dealer
Fridge is good ,i give 1 star for the unprofessional behaviour of the dealer. Don't go for this particular dealer the product is very good but the dealer who has deliverd bus very UN professional
