Do NOT buy! These looked ideal, how wrong I was! My District Nurse applied this for me the first time and it lasted one day before it detached itself! I carefully followed the instructions supplied and attached another one. Same result - came loose after one day. An expensive waste of money.

Not perfect. The tube didn’t fit in the clasp, so not ideal. But that might depend on your own Catheter tube. Adhesion to my leg wasn’t wonderful either, but it was a temporary fit anyway, but I’d be less than happy if it wasn’t.

I found that the entry to the bag gets easily blocked if the entry tube is bent over slightly. Thay would not happen if the tube protruded more into the bag. I also found that the one wat valve is sticky and initially requires pressure to open causing the condom to swell.

Thought there must be an improvement to that supplied via NHS prescription. Searched the web and phoned Optimum Medical Nurse help line. Received a sample and found it great. Not able to get on prescription so bought. Kind to the skin and can be removed and applied easily. The fact that the catheter can swivel is great when dressing. Really pleased with the product.

Useless. Don't buy. Don't stick or stay on your leg. Waste of money. I did everything it said to do. The gel backings doesn't stick to skin. I refused to put any stars but it won't let me

You can cut out the catheter clip part and use the libre glucose monitor plasters to stick it on your skin, found my clips last so much longer as the clips last forever and by replacing the adhesive with the libre monitor plasters you can extend the life of your clips

Another way of trying to make catheter/leg bag linkage bearable This does work but is very similar to other methods with the same drawbacks - the adhesive is strong enough to take the strain but this makes it impossible to adjust and rather difficult to replace, it can cause irritation too There are better methods such as Velcro straps and, by far the best a flip flo valve

Fantastic! This incredible silicon technology device lasted on my thigh for 7 days. Great adherency. For first 2 days certain areas of the adhesive pad would loosen but could be easily pressed into adhesion and remain so. Terrific while showering. Did not need shower protection. Also, no sticky stuff residue. Skin underneath remained normal. My silicon suprapubic catheter had no difficulties clamping into the Ugo, but just would not stay in place with 3 different Stat Locks.

Im Spital war der Katheterschlauch nur mit einem Pflaster fixiert, welches sich immer wieder löste. Ich habe mir bei Amazon Ugo fix bestellt, Bin davon total begeistert. Auch das Personal im Unispital war davon begeistert, sie wussten gar nicht dass es so etwas gibt!

Der eine Punkt ist noch zu viel. Ist zwar eine gute Idee nur nach einem Tag bereits abgefallen. Eventuell Klebespray dazu wenn es so etwas gibt. Für den einmaligen Gebrauch zu teuer.

This product is dangerous because of the adhesion or I should say lack of adhesion. The box came with 5 items and they are supposed to last a week (each) but I went through 3 of them in just 2 days. The first one I applied I accidentally touched the sticky side before it was applied. That one peeled up instantly. I blamed myself and tossed the first one away. Being extremely careful on the second one, not to touch the back, it was applied directly to the skin. It lasted about 15 minutes before the edges started to unpeel. I tried to use medical tape around the edges but the item still came off. Here's the dangerous part. I applied the third one and it seemed to adhere better. It stayed on for hours. There was just one very small section that was letting go. I went to sleep and in the middle of the night it unstuck. Unaware that there was nothing holding in my catheter, I continued to sleep. I toss from one side to the other when I sleep and there was a VERY good chance that I might have pulled my catheter out while I slept. This product is not to be trusteed. You might be saving a few bucks but it is not worth it, in the long run. I learned that spending the bucks for the brand they use in the hospital (not going to drop their name) is a wise investment. A few extra dollars in your pocket is not worth the risk of ripping out your caterer while you are sleeping just because you rolled over.
