Third Party Memory
I bought this P14s Gen 3 in October. It never worked well, kept randomly rebooting and not detecting the SSD.I sent it to Lenovo Depot and they found a third party memory stick installed on it that is causing this issue.I also found that warranty had only one year left out of three when I bought it

system died in couple of months and recovery media won't reinstall
Contacted the customer service after the laptop failed to boot and was directed to download the Windows reinstallation media. After successful downloading and making a bootable USB drive the system will boot into recovery interface then will report Recovery Failed with no explanation. This rendered the laptop useless.

Defective and charged restocking fee??
I restarted a few times and this blue screen would come up and no matter what I clicked on the screen stayed. I have had plenty of new computers and that screen should not have come up. It should have went right into set up mode. The fact that every time I restarted and kept getting the same screen and it would not advance is an issue.Returned computer to seller who charged me a restocking fee so this probably went back into inventory. So next buyer…BEWARE!

Poor battery life, critical hardware issue required repair
Lenovo warranty did not cover replacement SSD, had to pay $180 to replace. Now we only order direct from Lenovo

Solid computer
Very happy. My son who is in finance recommended it. I had the Mac air which is good but for finance and business I prefer the Lenova. Battery life for me is five hours. Good not great. Everything else is perfect
