No it doesn't come off when swimming, that's why I bought this product. It has given me more confidence. Sense tells you it will come off onto your towels if you don't get it off totally when showering, just use a scrunchie. I forgot I had it on once and it was still covering my veins after two showers. I always pat myself dry so it stayed on all that time. I've used the stick coverage for my face for years but now I use the liquid, it's much softer on the skin. I didn’t buy the ‘setting powder’ but I would imagine this is an added benefit - although there isn’t too much transfer.
