Having been looking at robotic vacuum cleaners for some time, and despairing at the prices of them, I was dubious that this device would perform. However, nothing ventured, nothing gained, we could always return it. We live in a dormer bungalow, with all of the rooms we use on one level; the upper floor being reserved for guests. We have two dogs, one of whom sheds constantly, and we had to vacuum at least twice per day, using a handheld. Enter this amazing little device. Day 1: We tried her out in the dining room (hard floor). She navigated around the dining table, six chairs and assorted furniture with ease. We blocked access to the living room using a dog gate but she didn’t recognise it as a solid object and proceeded to barge at it until she had knocked it down. Day 2: Hallway and dressing room (carpet). We set her up to clean whilst we were out. Upon our return we found a beautiful stripe pattern in the carpet, worthy of Wimbledon. She hadn’t got any further however as she had climbed on top of the dogs’ water bowl and got stuck, looking like a stranded turtle. Yes, she is a female; my husband says only a female would clean so thoroughly, and she now has a name; Viv. Viv now has the run of the lower floor of the house, navigating with ease from room to room. She leaves a lovely sheen on the hard floors and cleans the carpets and rugs, even fluffy ones, meticulously. Super easy to use, empty, clean and maintain. My husband, who has long had an aversion to household cleaning appliances, now has a new love. We use the remote control rather than the app. The only thing we have to remember is to pick everything up off the floor before we start her off. Superb value for money.

I bought this cleaner to use in my Apartment in Sri Lanka, with a total floor area approximately 1500 sq ft all in one level. I tried it in my UK house in the lounge laminate floor around 300 sq ft but was a little concerned about cleaning a large area with a single charge before bringing it to Sri Lanka. I must say I am very impressed with the cleaning efficiency and my floor is cleaner than when hoovered with my high power cordless cleaner. The only issue is that my apartment has four large patio type windows with blinds and curtains down to the floor level and therefore the curtains and blinds have to be hanged high away from the floor before starting the cleaning program, see photos 2 and 3. I have placed the magnetic strips at the bathroom doors to avoid the cleaner going in. I have so far not used the mopping facility as the floor area is large. The charging dock has been placed in a convenient location under a low bench see photo 1. The whole apartment was cleaned in about 1 hour with the battery charge level down to 30% from fully charged. Update: I have used the mopping function this afternoon and the cleaning was superb. To get the best cleaning result it is advisable to unclutter the floor and hang the tuck away the blinds and curtains clear of the floor. See photos and video.

Spatial Challenges: In larger areas, the robot vacuum can get a bit perplexed, occasionally missing some floor spaces. However, given the size of the area, this could be expected. It's not flawless in expansive areas but does a commendable job considering the circumstances. 5. Outstanding Battery Life: The battery life is nothing short of fantastic. It goes the extra mile, ensuring extended cleaning sessions without frequent recharging. This feature adds a significant layer of convenience to the overall user experience. 6. Sweeper Mode Dominance: I've primarily used it in sweeper mode and can attest to its effective cleaning performance. Unfortunately, I haven't tested the mopping function yet, so I can't provide insights on that aspect. 7. Wholehearted Recommendation: In conclusion, if you're looking for a robot vacuum that excels in quiet operation, delivers a thorough clean, and boasts impressive battery life, it is a solid choice, especially at the price point. Despite minor quirks in navigation, its overall performance makes it a reliable cleaning companion. I would wholeheartedly recommend it, as it consistently fulfills its intended purpose.

This is Fantastic robot cleaner. I was advised this model by work colleague when I was looking for robot vacuum cleaner but did not want spend a lot of money. It honestly worth every penny. It cleans and washes and always finds charging station by itself. It really helpful. I would definitely recommend if you do not spend a lot.

I don't use the mop function. Had this over 1 year now and it's great. You have to empty it regularly but that's not difficult. The battery lasts long enough to do my whole downstairs (kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway) and it has no problem finding it's way. I'm not great with tech and I had no difficulties setting it up.

Pretty awesome. Programmed to start when we’re asleep. Quiet enough to not wake us (or the dogs) up and kitchen is spotless in morning. Gets rid of all the dog hair and floors look great. Really easy to set up too.

I bought a cheap lidl robotic vacuum and I was very impressed. But it couldn't be timed and was a bit clunky and no wifi connection. I thought this one would be better, but it constantly got stuck in two carpeted rooms whereas the lidl one did not! It constantly couldn't find the base station when the cycle was finished. I returned it as it couldn't do what the cheaper one could do in the basic functionality.
