Turmeric is rich in phytontrients and is linked to many health benifits. I use it in many ways for a few reasons. I use it mainly to combat inlammattion. It is great for cooking,added with pepper to coffee and tea. I use it as a base for my curry blends. Be careful when using it,it is a dye. For that reason, I pair turmeric with paprika to add color to soups,sauces and dips. I use fresh turmeric in my fire cider because dry gets cloudy. This package is a convient size for filling my shelf container.

Good quality turmeric. You guys need a better pouch though. The "zip lock" doesn't lock so well. Plus it doesn't lock at all when turmeric powder gets in there. Work on your packaging for a better air tight sealant for this and all of your products.

So I jumped on the bandwagon and bought a bunch of turmeric. And what bothers me is how much I like it. It taste a little bit like black pepper and it’s really good on rice you know mixed all in. The price is right and the taste is great.
