It was very hard to pick a chair going by reviews of this one and other office chairs, I kept going from one chair to another but in the end I picked this chair. I'm 73 and not much of a handyman but with easy to read and follow instructions I found it a breeze to fit together and took just 45 minutes on my own. The chair is solid yet comfortable to relax in. Also it's a nice height so my feet are just touching the floor and with a pump to get my back supported and posture just right. Ease to set the reclining function so I can lean back in comfort for a break from using the computer.

This is a great piece of furniture. It looks good and is supremely comfortable to sit on. The assembly was simplicity itself and the instructions were spot on. I believe the price was fantastic value for money for such a luxurious-looking chair and it adds an air of opulence to my study. The retractable chair arms is a great feature that allows me to support my arms when typing at the computer, or push them out of the way when I'm sat playing my guitar. It moves freely on the smooth castors, even on my thick carpet and swivels on the base easily through 360 degrees. The lumbar pump is a nice touch and it has a remarkable height adjustment range, going much higher than any chair I've previously owned. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a practical, stunning looking office chair.

A comfortable chair makes all of the difference when you’re sitting for a long time, and since I’ve been working from home I’ve tried a few different models. With its padded seat and back I’ve found this one to be comfortable, and I particularly like that the lumbar support is adjustable with an easy-to-use pump. It’s a shame that the rubber bulb doesn’t stow away as it looks a little unsightly, and I’ve noticed that ‘little hands’ think it’s a toy they can play with.Build quality seems pretty good though not on a par with some of the more expensive chairs I’ve had. However, I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and have no complaints. There was some assembly necessary as on arrival they chair is boxed. It’s good that a handy tool is supplied for the job, and with a little patience the assembly wasn’t too demanding.

Great purchase, comfortable and very easy to assemble

Appears to be well made and is definitely comfortable, in part thanks to the blow up lumber support.I hope that this chair doesn't suffer the early malfunction of the pneumatic cylinder whereby it slowly lowers you to the lowest point. (Not this make I hasten to add). Everyone who has sat in it commented how comfortable it is.

Unfortunately this chair does not meet UK fire regulations. I have contacted the seller to confirm this.The chair conforms with US legislation only.If you are concerned or buying for your business then this may be a problem.That being said, it is a very comfortable chair and excellent lumbar support with a good pump action adjustment.Just to note also that it’s made from leather off-cuts rather than leather. This is usually only 10% leather in the bonding and does feel like PVC rather than real leather.
