Great piece of kit
Brought this to help me perform pull ups with better form.For the price it's brilliant no need for a spotter.

Better than it looks
I was a bit worried when it first arrived, just a few loose straps and bands shoved in a plastic bag. But once I got it set up correctly (right height right resistance band) it's actually perfect. As it says, it's a little tricky to feed the band through the pad, not sure why this doesn't open up with velcro or a zip - that's my only negative, but it can be done.
