Was very disappointed with product. Cheap structure poor quality. Very shaky. It has to be plugged in directly in a wall socket.I requested a return label the next day.The item was sent back & I have not received a refund update.Will be contacting my bank.DO NOT BUY!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

This dryer is no joke
Ordered this for my mom whose a cosmetologist. I had the pleasure of using it after she colored and washed my hair. There's a timer and heat setting on the hood.The hood is nice and deep for longer hair and boy does this thing get hot. I felt like I was in a hair salon. I have sisterlocks and they dried in no time. This is a great product for the cost.
