Solid build quality
This is built to last, the grip sleave material isn't the best but the actual grip is strong and sturdy. I tried some of the fancier grips with adjustable resistance and every single one broke after a short while. One broke after ten minutes of use. This Grip won't break unless you put a lot of effort into doing it like maybe use a hacksaw on it or something. Two thumbs up.

Hand Grip Strengthener - get a couple w varying pounds to start
This review is for both the 150 & 200lb grip, forearm strength products.High quality - I'm a fan fo shoHint: Use the included foam grips (hard to get on). Once you have the neoprene started on the handle, blow thru that neoprene grip end point and it creates air around the grip, allowing you to push the pad up the metal handle- at the same time you're creating that extra air space.Purchased both 150 and 200lbs and I would advise you to the same - but also include the 100. I have had tennis elbow for weeks and I learned, despite the strength that I have as I go to the gym every week and I'm strong...but guess what? My grip strength is off for some reason - even looking at my forearms, I was surprised to see they're weak looking (lack of protein is what I am assuming as I curl for sets over well over 100lbs and triceps exercises with a lot more weight, but low protein intake means the body consumes muscle first)So...I started using the 150lb grip and found it hard to squeeze (it hurt the elbow!), but I kept at it and my tennis elbow, annoying pain issue, is all but gone in a few days. I noticed right away that my grip strength sucked - but almost overnight it's better all around...with such a simple tool!Buy the 100, 150 and 200 (do high reps w the 100's)

This will be a waste of your money.
Pros- Started out favorably impressed - grips seemed solid and rubber sleeve cushions worked well. Initially had adequate resistance. Cons-Delivered end of Oct. and in just 2 months of intermittent use the spring became so weak and lax that the hand grips easily touched together when gently squeezed, even by my 76 year old wife. Now the return window has been closed for a month - maybe the company knew it wouldn't last very long.

Nice solid hand grips.
I had an older pair of the spring adjustable hand grips but they would never stay at the same level after use. I wanted a pair that did not adjust. I purchased 2 of these at 50 pounds. They are rock solid. They come with foam grips to protect your hands.. I tried a cheap pair but they were junk. $20 ($10 each) for two of these seems like a lot, but they are excellent quality. You can always buy one and switch back and forth between hands. I prefer to do both hands at the same time.
