I’m tall and very skinny and the large fit fine. The medium was too tight like a blood pressure monitor. Perfect use though, your phone is not going anywhere once in so very secured.

I purchased this to use when I go to the gym. It works pretty well, with some minor issues. The band comes in several sizes so you can get it close to your arm size. The band is also stretchable and can fit your arm snuggly. There are plastic/rubber buttons on the inside of the band which helps grab onto the arm. Because of the tightness of the band, you may have to work it up your arm. There is a reflective design which can help people who jog at night. The band has a pocket with a cover which can hold devices of different sizes. And that is where the issue comes up. When I use the band, I have to put my phone in the band pocket before I put it on my arm. If I try to do it the other way, the pocket covering makes it difficult. One issue that people have is is if the band is machine washable. I’ve washed it several times and it is still together. I washed it with my gym sweats and towels in tap water and a normal cycle. I put in the dryer at low/warm temperature and everything looks fine. If you feel uncomfortable washing/drying in your machine, then I would recommend that you wash it gently by hand. This item from afar looks really cool. The one thing that stood out to me the idea of having my keys on me without disturbing me out on a run or at the gym. This armband has good quality and stretches very nice. The biggest drawback to this band is the fact that it's not practical for removing your phone and placing it back. I found myself having to take off the band place my phone, and at a moments notice having to take it off again to check my notifications. If you are to buy this, do note it would be good for long bike rides where you don't need to check your phone. Specs I used: -Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge -Single house key -Flipping Car Key

This arm device is not what you may think. I have a regular sized smart phone and when I ordered this, I thought it would be a comfortable arm band - WRONG!!! When you first get it, you'll be scratching your head to see how it works because it appears at first, that it is just an arm band of some type. Then you eventually see the side opening and my particular phones - both Samsung and old Google Pixel, would barely fit inside and only half of the phone could fit. And the material is so thin - almost as thin as a sock. I couldn't believe it and immediately returned it for a refund. Not worth its price, nor its functionality.

I am relatively small. 5’0” and about 125 lbs. the med was the smallest they had when I purchased and it fits just snug enough to stay up. If you have slimmer arms, I would def go down in size. Not sure how well the phone would fit though. I have an iPhone X and the straight edges of the phone definitely jut out a bit on either side of my arm. The traction dots on the inside of the sleeve are very effective. I’ve worn this running and biking and I didn’t have to fuss with it or pull it up while I worked out either time. The fabric is smooth and has good stretch and seems stitched well, not all gappy like they were trying to save thread. The hole for the headphone jack is definitely not for an iPhone. It’s where the top of the phone would be and off center. Not sure what kind of phone the hole is for. If you have Bluetooth headphones though, it really doesn’t matter. There’s a nice foldover on top to hold your phone securely but it’s not so deep that you have to struggle to get your phone out. Obviously you can’t change anything on the phone without pulling it out of the sleeve but that should be pretty easy to see from the promo pics. For some reason it didn’t occur to me when I purchased it and I think I might rather have one with a window. But this one delivers on all its promises and functions better than I expected when it come to staying in place and not getting too hot.

Let me first start by saying I love the idea of this arm band, but the execution leaves me wanting more. It fits most phone sizes and has a spot for headphone wires however if you’re using this to work out I would suggest wireless headphones. Now let’s get to why I left two stars. The sizing chart needs some work, I have large biceps So I purchased a large band. This thing keeps slipping off and is very annoying it’s also very difficult to put on. They need to go back and re-engineer some type of non-slip coating to put on the inside of the band. Overall I would not recommend this product.

I love this product because it helps me keep my phone on me when I don't have pockets and it is comfortable on my arm all day. It is washable too, which is nice after a sweaty workout session. It has a pocket for my house key or money to fit in easily. If you want to be able to use the touchscreen on your phone, however, look for a different armband because this one you have to take it out of the pocket to get at the screen. I don't use that feature, so not a problem for me. I have a pretty big phone and it fits in there no problem. It is an LG G4 model. Easy to use headphones as well.

I didn't like it and returned it. I was expecting it to be sturdy instead of the clothe sleeve it is.
