So I got the product and never used it right away. Then about 20 days from when I got it used used it and loved it. I used it at small amounts at a time from the charge it originally had when I got it. Then it finally died at the end of December and I went to charge it. That it was charging all day but tried it and died right away. I tried several more times and still nothing. I tried the charging cable that came with it among several others still nothing. I even changed outlets the charging blocks I used and still nothing. So today I opened it up to make sure all the wires were hooked up and found nothing wrong and it still won't charge. I really enjoyed the product when it worked but super disappointed that I can't use it anymore. I kind of feel like I wasted my money.Update: I was able to get a new one and it charges! I definitely love the product and my family uses it as well. Definitely helps with my extremely tight shoulders! Their customer service has been absolutely amazing! Got back with me right away and made sure I was taken care of thank you!

One video shows arms barely moving I think they had a bad one. Mine definitely has all 4 arms moving strong and gives a great kneeding massage like to hands gripping your shoulders. Good for neck area too. I was going to order the one that is twice the cost because it has different shaped top fingers around the neck area but I can honk this is a better deal for half the cost. Lean it up against the back of the couch and press back for even stronger massage . This is the best massage product I have bought besides full chair. I have shiatsu, tapping , roller ball , massage gun and old fashion Panasonic plunger looking one. etc. they can feel ok but none give real massage feeling this thing can squeeze you really strong. They should make a male member toy with this tech lol

I was so excite to get this neck massager! I opened it up the night I got it and used it right away. Initially it didn't feel good, but I wanted to let it do it's thing for a few minutes. It hurt worse the longer I used it! It was a pinching squeezing feeling that gave me absolutely NO relief. It actually made me ache worse. That night as I was trying to lay down to sleep I developed a headache. For the past few days I have had migraine type headaches and intense shoulder and back pain and nerve pain that radiates a burning sensation from my shoulder blade across the front of my chest, up my shoulder and neck to my head, and down the underside of my left arm. There is nothing I could find in the description of this product that gives any warning against muscle or nerve damage. If I could do something to get this product removed from Amazon I would. Tomorrow, if symptoms haven't subsided I will be seeing my doctor to get some clarity as to what's causing my pain, and if they conclude it is from this product I will update my review...... Do not buy!!!!

original review 2 stars - i got this back in january. the first thing i noticed was that it felt great. unfortunately, the next thing i noticed was that it doesn’t charge very well. but i could charge it once a week and use it 4-5 sessions before it died. i don’t use it consistently, but im going through a tight spine period and trying to use it regularly. now im lucky if it works two times without recharging. it also sometimes makes a labored whirring sound (im a smallish woman). that said, it still feels great while it runs - i find it effective on neck, shoulders and back and like to use it while im driving.update to 4 stars- after posting review company offered to send a replacement unit. they did so promptly and courteously. it has arrived, charged and is now running. it also feels good :)seems identical to original unit. i have upgraded to 4 stars for effective product and good customer service. if this one holds a charge better it will be a 5 star product.

* UPDATE- I’m changing my rating because this seller provided excellent customer service and replaced my replaced my defective unit. I hope to update my review in a few months to share if the new unit worked well.I can say I love this massager. It doesn't feel like the alternatives that only vibrate or thump your back or have a roller. This one actually feels like someone is rubbing your shoulders. I also love that you can use it on legs, feet, arms, other areas of back as well. It's like having a massage at your figure tips anytime you want. Great for relieving neck and shoulder tension after all day on the computer.

I am writing this 6 months after I purchased the product. I bought it because I have shoulder and neck pain. I think it works pretty well, but of course a massager is not going to be at the same level as a real massage. This week it stopped working at all. The massagers don't move like they used to. It seems like they're stuck in their position, and I can hear a whirring noise like something inside is broken. It was nice while it lasted lol

This KNQZE neck massager is amazing! It's incredibly effective at working out knots and tension in my neck and shoulders. The heat function adds another level of relaxation, and I love that it's cordless so I can use it anywhere. It's a bit of an investment, but it's worth every penny. Highly recommend!

This thing did not really Massage my wife’s sore neck. Sometimes it would hurt sometimes it did nothing. It just didn’t seem to do the job so we returned it.
