I'd read recently about the number of counterfeit and low quality supplements on the market, including many sold on Amazon. Specifically, I've read about products that claim to contain C-3G being of poor quality. C-3G is an anthocyanin, giving color to purple, blue and black edible plants. I dissolved one capsule in about 6 oz of water. The photo is the result after 10 minutes. Granted, it might NOT be C-3G, but I'm willing to bet it is. The purported benefits of this compound are too great to not take, even with the cost. I'm 51 years old, 71" tall, 200# at 15% body fat. Yes I lift and I eat lots of protein, but this plus Forskolin seems to make the leanness easier to maintain.

Probably overpriced, but legitimately improves digestion and body composition IF YOU eat well and exercise along with it.

I ordered these because I am in my 50s now and I feel that my body isn’t recovering the way it used to. I do a lot of physical work with constantly renovating properties in our real estate portfolio. My knees are always bothering me, my back is always sore and I just don’t seem to do things or recover from doing things the way I used to. As I was browsing items on Amazon, I came across these and the description got my attention. I feel that I am always having difficulty focusing anymore. I’m constantly forgetting things, I don’t have the endurance that I used to any longer and I’m just slowing down a lot. I started wearing readers or glasses about nine months or so ago. The description for this supplement spoke to me and seems to address issues that I have been having. I figured it was worth trying them. I’ve been taking these for about two weeks now and I have no idea if they are helping. What I’ve learned from other supplements that I take is that you never really know if they work or not. There’s no light switch that suddenly makes you feel better, focus more or anything like that. It’s a long journey that takes a year or so to get good results (in my opinion). Change happens so slowly and gradually overtime that you don’t actually realize it’s occurring until you look back and realize wow, I don’t have those issues anymore. The directions for these say to take two capsules once a day. With the other medications and supplements I take, two of these at a time seemed like a bit much, so I take one capsule twice a day instead. I figured that as long as I am getting the same dose each day it shouldn’t matter how often I take them. I can say there’s absolutely no flavor or bad taste to these whatsoever. They never affect me in a negative way and they’re easy to swallow. They do seem to be REALLY expensive to me, so if after six months if they don’t seem to be making any difference for me, I will not continue to take them. I figured it was worth a try and I’m willing to take the risk for a short time to give them a chance.

I finished the bottle for an honest review and ordered myself a 2nd bottle. I like to take this supplenent in the morning with my breakfast. For me, I notice an all-day cognitive boost. It's somewhat subtle but most definitely noticeable. There are other benefits from these capsules, but I suggest doing a little research to see if this is a good addition to your own routine. I suggest speaking to your physician to see if this could benefit you!

This is one of those supplements that can be hard to review. As far as immediate effects, there are none that I have noticed. Effects may time time to be noticed, or are situational based on your lifestyle One of the purported ways in which this works however, is that it improves nutrient distribution in the body by diverting more to muscles and less to fat storage. At least that is my very basic laymen's understanding. There are likely other benefits, so do your own research there. For purposes of giving this a fair shot, I upped the frequency of my workouts by adding another workout day per week, and throwing in extra sets of several exercises. I have definitely noticed more soreness after these workouts due to pushing myself harder, but my recovery seems to be significantly improved compared to previously where I would be out of commission for several days straight. I was also due for a "deload" week this week, but I did not feel the need and continued on my standard routine. Overall, the improvement in my recovery from workouts has put this on my radar as a worthwhile supplement. Combined with resistance training and a healthy diet, this really does seem to make a difference.
