My 10 y/o has flat feet, plays soccer, and has been complaining about his feet during practices and games. I found this online and figured it was worth a try. We swapped it out for the ones his cleats came with and it’s made a huge difference. He said his feet didn’t hurt as much and it felt comfortable during practices and games. It was a little bit bigger than his shoes but we were able to measure it and cut off the excess to fit his cleats properly .

I overpronate, especially in my left foot. That, coupled with the fact I spend most of my time on very hard surfaces and I’m a senior, has made it necessary to seek relief. I bought stability sneakers and while they did help a bit, not enough. I discovered these insoles while trying insoles for the first time. They’ve helped me and I’ve purchased them several times. I’ve heard people say things like they are hard, squeak, and didn’t work for them. I’m sorry to hear that as my experience is positive. When I first put them in, they do feel a bit hard but after a day or two, they don’t feel hard anymore… they feel supportive. Some of them have squeaked at first, but after reinserting them (in case I didn’t put them in correctly), I will happily squeak all over the place if I’m not in pain! Hahaha. But for the few that did squeak, it didn’t seem to last long. I’m not really a large person (5ft4 and I could lose 20 pounds) so I don’t know how these will work for a bigger person? But I just wanted to share my experience in case someone with overpronation was considering the insoles. Have a bit of patience in to adjust to them and I hope they help you too. By the way, I do replace the shoe insole with this one (I’ve read folks ask) and I’m constantly stunned at how flimsy and/or thin the original shoe insole usually is (even in supportive shoes)! No wonder we’ve been in pain! UPDATE… I’ve changed my rating to a 4. The reason is that although I like these insoles, I’m already having to replace them! They just do not last long at all and unfortunately, I don’t have that kind of money. Very disappointed since I will have to begin again on my search for the right insoles for me.

After ordering over 6 different insoles, some expensive that were on sale, and not being satisfied with any of them, this insole works. I gives cushion on the ball snd heal of the foot and arch support. (It is not an high arch though if that is what you need.) These are by far the best value for the money of all the insoles that were tried and the best insole of all the insoles that were tried. These are on sale right now and are a steal at $15. I would put these up against much more expensive insoles. I have now ordered three of them.

I put these in a pair of shoes that were otherwise good except the cushions were shot and now the shoes are like new. These are really comfortable insoles. They’re easy to cut and just slide in. You’re going to have to remove the old cushions to put these in though. But otherwise for the price, I think it’s a good deal

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Insoles are OK. I bought for my pickleball shoes to help ease foot soreness from the quick moves when I play. They aren't really made for high arches and the top of the insoles are actually slippery. The heal area stayed in place because they are cupped, but the front part of my foot was slipping all around in my shoes when I was playing. If I can figure out how to scuff up the top of the insole to stop the slipping, I think they will be fine. But out of the box, it's a problem.

Feel very comfortable.

Had them about a week now, they make it possible to get around while my heel spur is acting up. They fit snug in my shoe, no shifting around. They won't work in all shoes, I have some low profile Skechers that don't allow enough height for me to get my foot in when the insert is in there. So make sure you have a roomy enough shoe that will be able to fit the insert and the foot. I'm still planning to get some custom orthotics but these inserts will work in the interim. To me, they were worth the money.

These are the perfect balance between having too soft and too hard inserts. It was a little big for my sneakers. am very picky when it comes to finding good insoles for my feet. The material is shaped and textured superior to the original manufacturer's.

They are so comfortable! Stand and walk approximately 9 hours in a day and no feet pain! Very happy

Picked these up as recommended by a podiatrist to wear firm arch support insoles. It's immediately apparent these are a premium version with great arch support under heavy use. Highest quality insoles with clear sizing.

These are good insoles but retuned them as my daughter had bought some for me.
