I have enjoyed the laptop so far. It is fast and my college data programs are working well. I love that I am able to fold the screen back and use it like a tablet.

Amazing laptop. I have tried other brands of laptops, but have had terrible experiences. My Dell laptops, on average, last about 9-10 years before they begin to get slow. I will never purchase another brand.

I use it everyday to do some light video and photo editing (premiere pro and photoshop) gets the job done, compact amd light, has a very good battery life, and a nice screen.

Seems refurbished

Within the 1st hour using the excel software it crashed and gave me the blue screen, twice. I packed it backed up in its original condition and packing and sent it back. The sellers return policy was a full refund unless the item wasn’t received in new condition. However I didn’t receive a full refund and they told me they were keeping A restocking fee. Then ignored my messages to resolve it
