good product - arrived by the promised timeframe.

My power supply didn't work after the first gig, though it worked fine before, I didn't know what had happened, but I think it was dropped on the floor whilst someone was moving an amp, so no-one to blame, apart from the roadie/technicians. This was in the middle of me about to perform solo, for a important college submission, using the Ditto.I was then surprised that the company happily sent me a replacement, whilst I was suspecting that it was my own fault that the unit wasn't working, due to the mentioned drop (though top of a guitar amp to floor was about two or three feet, not a marshall stack!), and the new unit after much testing and usage is well worth the money paid. Customer service is excellent and the new unit works and is still going strong. Nuff said.

Fine for what it s for meant for

I was using a power supply that created mains hum. Due to many variables that could cause this I wasn't sure if buying this would cure it. Luckily it did! Zero hum, absolute zero. My amp actually sounds better using a pedal powered off this power supply! Maybe a little OTT but I'm glad it fixed this, 5 stars.
