Weight just fell off.
This was my first 30 days of taking this. Can’t sing it’s praises enough. I have lost 1.7 stone without dieting or over exercising. It does surpress your appetite a little.Only side effect I have is a runny poo but just the once a day. (the fat has to get out some way!) although you are losing weight it seems also to tone your skin so no baggy skin (not so far). So impressed I ordered my second 30 day supply.Got a long way to go and this one I feel good about and believe me I have tried every diet out there.

Initially sceptical as so many adverts for these atm, but after 3 days I have no appetite and feel good , yes I am eating and have had alcohol so I can still be social and the weight is already dropping off . I wish I had found these earlier rather than trying liquid diets where I cant eat at all, be social or stick with it. I honestly am surprised that they are really working
