I needed a bike rack for my 2022 Highlander with factory 2" hitch receiver. I read a lot of reviews on racks and decided on this product.Assembly and installation are extremely easy. The unit comes with a locking hitch pin. The included key fits both the pin and the included locking cable. The unit weighs about 65 pounds.Once attached a rotating cam provides a shake-free platform for carrying your bike. I have mounted two bicycles (Trek Marlin 5 MTB and Diamondback Vital 2 hybrid) and they are very secure. The bicycles do not move at all while traveling. The included locking cable provides added security and peace of mind when traveling down the road. The pistons themselves are very tight and adjust for various tire sizes.I bought a set of stick-on trailer lights to attach to the rack.I would recommend this rack to anyone. It is expensive, but I value my bicycles and the safety of others. I have absolutely no regret about buying this.

Nice and sturdy , not soo sturdy for 1.25 inch ones but 2 inch receiver ones are pretty sturdy and hold a heavy bike without any issuesMajor issue I found was it doesn't ratchet in properly to lock the wheels in place , it just leaves an inch of like gap between the arm and the bike tire then the bike wobbles whole journey. The rachet mechanism should be fixedAnother issue is that it hides your license plate , and thats pretty annoying, im sure its a problem with all bike racks though

well built, well designed

Have an NV Base 2.0 and it works great except it rubbed on the frames. The Piston Pro holds bikes well but it doesn't have a handwheel to tighten the cam lock, the cable lock isn't stowable in the hitch and the hex key isn't stowable either. The hex key now has a security feature, but is only on the short end of wrench making tightening and loosening of the receiver lock tedious, especially when there is no hand wheel. The receiver pin hole is offset down from the center of shaft on the 1.25" model, which is clearly out of necessity due to space constraints for the flat bar that adjusts the locking cam, however, this requires one to use the included key lock instead of a standard 1/2" pin for the Class I/II hitch. I don't always need to lock my hitch on. I found a PTO pin at harbor freight that works well. All of these things are liveable but drastically slow one down when pressed for time on quick trips.

Best bike rack ever. Expandable to up to 4 bikes. Zero contact with bike frame. Great looks and functionality.

Very sturdy. Worth the money

Rack showed up like it was launched off the loading dock and rolled to my house. I was home when it arrived. UPS delivered it in horrible shape, but I didn't know it before the truck left. Took pictures of the box and of the contents after just taking off the top. Hitch had been dislodged and simply thrown on top of the unit with a laughable packing tape job. Scratches everywhere. Didn't trust the rack in that condition with expensive bikes I worked hard to get. Company contacted and communicated with me the whole way through return. Full reimbursement and an additional courtesy reimbursement for my troubles and efforts to return properly with the misplaced hitch. I had to look at review film to see how the hitch was to fit back in the box and tape the hell out of it in hopes it would ship in better shape than it was received.That being said, I didn't trust another shipped rack. Went to my local bike shop, they ordered it and put it together at no cost and mounted it to my hitch. Paid cash, so cost was cheaper than this online order. Rack is awesome and sturdy. Works as advertised. Have used with a Pivot Shuttle and Switchblade. Very pleased. Just wish the shipping companies were handling product like it matters to the company and to the customer receiving it. Absolutely unbelievable the condition that rack showed up at my door. Shameful on whomever wrecked it and packed it back like it was acceptable. Kudos to Michael at Allied Warehouse for the customer service through the return process. Great product. Highly recommend.

Easy to use. Holds bikes securely. Takes seconds to load bikes. Love it.
