Jelly Boba - Instant - Ready in less than 1 Minute - Plant-Based

I love love love crystal boba (aka clear boba, jelly boba, white boba), but very few bubble tea shops near me carry it, and the ones that do charge a ton for them. Finding this product has been a game changer. Each packet is a perfect single-serving, lightly sweetened, low-calorie dream. They taste identical to the crystal boba at shops like Gong Cha, so now I can make healthier, cheaper versions of my favorite drinks at home.I saw that some of the other reviews said this has a chemical taste, but I only tasted sweetness with an extremely faint taste of lychee. This is also not the same texture as traditional boba. Crystal boba is it's own category. The texture is a little firm, similar to biting into an apple slice. They are great for people who think traditional boba are too chewy or gummy. I think they work best in fruity teas as opposed to milk tea, but you do you.

I really like boba tea and frequent the local shops on weekends. But during the week I found I can make pretty good tasting boba using the Twrl brand Crystal Boba. It's 30 calorie per pouch. I always drain the boba in a strainer and rinse it while breaking up any bobas that are stuck together. Sometimes they are stuck and other times they are not, but it no big deal as the separate nicely. These have a satisfying taste and texture. It's not a tapioca pearl, but I'm happy with them!

These are delicious and a great way to raise your drinks to the next level. I will definitely buy this again, but I would not recommend the Amazon subscription. I would get the “delayed, not in stock” notification while their store page said it was available.

These little boba packs are awesome. They taste good and are so easy to use. I love the individual packs so I can take them on the go and add to a drink anytime. I wish I could order a bigger box (for a more reasonable price per packet) so I could use these daily! I love coming up with different drinks to add these to. They work well with juices, smoothies, or whatever else I throw together. I treat myself to a different drink a couple of times a week.

These have the texture of a gummy worm with a slight subtle taste of lychee. At only 8 carbs I can enjoy boba again.

Tiny tiny packaging. There’s hardly any in here, absolutely not worth the price. It is full of several different artificial sweeteners, and you can taste it. And it still has sugar in it.

I am on the hunt for how to make my drinks healthier. These definitely give the right texture & chew, they're slightly sweet, and when paired with the Gogonuts protein milk tea‽ 36 grams of protein, and 230 calories, using fairlife skim milk as a base.

You get hardly any boba per a serving, no where near what you’d get at the store. Each package costs almost 3 dollars each and is definitely not worth that.
