Best hose I've ever had. My backyard requires a 50 foot hose and this one is easy to manipulate, lightweight, and very fliexible. We are under stringent water restrictions due to extreme drought. Hand watering is the only type allowed. This quality hose allows this senior woman to keep precious plants alive.

We purchased a “silver” hose from a box store that purported to be 50’. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. Besides the fact that it wasn’t (and I don’t think it could ever reach) 50’, the pressure was terrible, and so we looked for another option.I saw this hose on Amazon, and found that it had great reviews (and many of them), and it was on sale AND Prime (so I could easily return if I needed to). It is AWESOME! I ordered the 100’ still believing that the old hose was actually 50’, and so much too short. This hose is LONG! But it reaches across the long side of our yard with ease and works great with the sprinkler too. I roll it up into an empty plant pot, but if you have a hose roller, that will help you. It is super light weight and easy to handle (I have trouble with the weight of regular hoses). It is super flexible, doesn’t tangle, and looks to be very sturdy. No leaks so far (at the spigot or throughout the hose). It is black and has a nice texture that would be attractive in any garden.

Very good heavy duty hose, will never kink. This hose will last for years, but has a major flaw that nobody talks about nor mention. The problem is water flow... if you want a hose that delivers max water volume, you need to buy a 3/4 size hose.... I can't find anywhere the zise but I guess is 1/2. If you know anything about GPM then you understand what I'm talking about. It delivers a decent amount of water with good pressure, but try to fill up a bucket and you'll see the difference between this and a 3/4 hose. I wanted to buy a 100ft but I won't until they make it in 3/4. I'll keep the 50' hose I purchased since I don't need that much water volume to water the plants, but I wouldn't use it with my pressure washer.

Well made, it’s light weight and flexible. The large plastic grips on each end of the hose make it very easy to thread on and off the faucet.

Excellent light weight hose at a great price. Make sure you walk out or straighten out hose before putting on a hose reel so it doesn't twist up. 😉

It busted!! I would say what happened here. It spring a leak about 10 ft from the hose reel. So this part hasn't been used much as is on the hose reel.most of the time. Now it has a leak. I wish I could return it. The phone number on the box gives you many many numbers to call but not one for hydro steel hose.

Outstanding product. Seems like it will last a long, long time. I’m cheap, but had problems with low quality hoses for many years. This was more than I wanted to spend, but appears to be very high quality.
