All arrived alive and healthy. Isopods were a great size and very active.They were held for pickup at the post office with the heat pack still warm.

I was worried that they wouldn’t make it since I’m in Texas and the shipping time as estimated to be two weeks, but they all arrived alive and there were even babies.

I'm very happy with my purchase! These little guys arrived happy and healthy and are so cute!! A few weeks later and they are thriving.

The packaging was wonderful and kept every single thing great despite very cold temps and snow outside. All isopods looked great and even came with a few smaller “extra”, the springtails also looked wonderful. The heat pack was still warm. There were also very clear and thorough care instructions for each item in my order.

Had a nice blend of juvenile and adult isopods; all were alive. Springtails were all alive as well and very active. They were even delivered a day before schedule so even better. Would definitely buy more again when needed.
