My son kickboxes and this is perfect. It's very well made with a great finish.The materials it's made from are good quality and very strong.It also looks good.There is a very slight curve on the pad but it is pretty much flat.The rear has a large padded handle tomhold with two straps that are easy to use.It's very comfortable to hold and the pad works well to absorb kicks. Really happy.

One is advertised and one is what I got. Very tough. Able to wear on arm easily. Hard surface if bare fist punching - no give. Can take kicks. Price is good.
