Durable and helped to decompress well.

A real back stretch!!
It is very hard and does initially feel quite uncomfortable but I stuck with it and even though it still isn't comfortable but you really feel the benefit afterwards once you stand up.So its worth persevering! Really pleased with the price as the one I had originally seen was 4x times the price of this one for the same thing!

This product should come with a health warning! Far too hard, made me feel sick when I tried to use it.Requested return and discovered had to pay postage, unusual for an Amazon return, so all round not impressed.
